sistem\u00e1tico comprendido como una serie de capas priorizadas, las cuales establecen el mayor nivel de potencial de cualquier terreno.<\/p><p>Esta jerarqu\u00eda de capas de dise\u00f1o organiza a los componentes y a las caracter\u00edsticas en relaci\u00f3n a su grado de permanencia, con respecto a nuestra habilidad de alterarlas en relaci\u00f3n al objetivo espec\u00edfico de cada proyecto. Cada una de las capas dentro de la jerarqu\u00eda son partes interrelacionadas de un todo que exhibe interacciones din\u00e1micas entre sus niveles.<\/p><p>Siendo que las decisiones de dise\u00f1o son tomadas en relaci\u00f3n a estas capas y su jerarqu\u00eda, emerge entonces un patr\u00f3n que se integra a la topograf\u00eda del terreno. El mismo caracteriza al contexto del proyecto y responde a las condiciones prevalecientes del sitio, manteniendo simult\u00e1neamente la integridad de los procesos ecol\u00f3gicos fundamentales.<\/p><p>El enfoque de nuestro dise\u00f1o ha sido establecido en relaci\u00f3n al sistema Keyline Plan (o Dise\u00f1o Keyline), desarrollado por P.A. Yeomans.
